Our Boutique Rentals serve as an oasis; a place to truly relax and find peace. Each of our fully furnished rentals has been completely remodeled with our signature "clean and calm" design. By utilizing green and non toxic building materials and techniques and by managing our properties with the environment in mind, we create a unique, healthful living experience.

38 Quarry Hill consists of three completely remodeled and renovated boutique furnished townhomes. Each home can accommodate 2 to 6 guests, and consists of four bedrooms (two of which can double as an office space), two bathrooms, laundry, a chefs kitchen, a spacious living room, a private entrance and a large covered back patio.

The property is very quiet and private all the while being very close to everything: It's an easy walk on the bike path to the University of Vermont and the UVM Medical Center, minutes from downtown Burlington, just a stroll to the Quarry Hill swim club and the Burlington Tennis Club.

Each unit includes:
Private entrance, private patio, 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 bedrooms/offices with 2 twin beds, two full baths, laundry, living room, chefs kitchen.

Features:
Quiet Cool cooling system, Hot water heating system, clothes washer and dryer, Wireless Hi speed internet, LifeKind organic mattresses. Short term rentals include organic towels and organic linens and bi-weekly cleaning service.

Kitchen:
Coffee Maker, blender, cookware, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator, and toaster. Short term rentals will be provided dish soap and paper goods.
